From Tech Roots to Entrepreneurial Heights
My career in technology began with roles focused on application design and technology implementation, which allowed me to build a strong foundation in how different technologies provide value to businesses. After working at ServiceSource in revenue lifecycle management for NetApp solutions, I gained hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration at Synaptic Advisory Partners, where I supported the launch of their native app, Youreka.
I later joined Salesforce as both a Solution Engineer and ISV Technical Evangelist, launching the ISV Partner Program in Latin America and supporting over 20 apps to market. This is where I gained my first experience working in partner ecosystems, straddling the line between partner management and application design consulting. I then moved to Accenture, where I functioned primarily as a Business Architect, focusing on Salesforce solutions. During this time, I worked closely with the National Solution Architect Team along with the Solution and Technical Architects within my market unit and business group. Alongside the associate and managing directors, I operationalized the group and separated those who were focused on pre-sales and those who only wanted to assist in delivery. I developed and implemented a sales training for the Solution and Technical Architects who were interested in assisting in pre-sales and realized that while I had developed my career around being a technologist, driving revenue was my true passion.
This was when I transitioned to partnerships and business development.
At SpringML, I led significant growth initiatives, driving a 175% increase in revenue and a 500% boost in pipeline. Moving to Innova Solutions, I directed GTM strategies for Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow partnerships, building a $30M pipeline.
As the CEO and Founder of Koopal Consulting, I focus on empowering B2B technology companies to drive growth through sales optimization, partner activation, and strategic go-to-market solutions. By building scalable frameworks and sharpening GTM execution, I help clients expand pipelines, boost close rates, and establish high-performance partner ecosystems.
